I’m David Martins. I’ve run restaurant operations myself and I build software — one of a small number of people who genuinely do both.

Most people you can hire know one half. The consultant who understands service has to hand the systems to somebody else. The developer who can build the integration has never stood on a pass at half past eight on a Saturday. The handover between them is where the money goes, and neither of them owns it.

How I work

01 — I watch a real service. How it actually runs, not how the manual says it should.

02 — We fix the operation first. The process problems, before any software touches it. Automating a broken process only makes it break faster.

03 — Then I design, connect and where needed build what’s left. One login where it makes sense. Less admin. More time where it matters.
