What this site collects

The contact form on the home page collects the name you type, the email address or phone number you type, and your message. Nothing else on this site asks you for personal data, and there is no account and no login.

What happens to it

Your message is emailed straight to [email protected] through Brevo, our email provider. It is used to reply to you and, if we go on to work together, to run that work. It is not sold, not shared with anyone else, and not used for marketing.

Usage tracking

Where a Foxera system records how it is used, that recording is limited to which features are opened and when, so the product can be improved. It never records keystrokes, passwords or payment details. This notice is live before any recording starts, on every Foxera system.

This website records nothing beyond the contact form. There are no analytics cookies and no advertising trackers on it. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, keeps standard server logs for security.

How long it is kept

Enquiries are kept for as long as there is a live conversation, and for up to two years afterwards in case you come back. Ask and it is deleted sooner.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email [email protected] and it will be done. If you are not satisfied you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
