Get them back: 10 AI skills for the list you already own.
The only audience no algorithm can take off you, used the way the ICO says you may.
The rules inside
Public information only. No guessed email addresses. Anything sent in someone’s name says whose name it is. Built for small teams and founders, and they are the rules I use myself.

10 skills for the list you already own. all 10 free, nothing to sign up for ↓ you have hundreds of email addresses sitting in a booking system nobody has ever mailed. it is the only audience you own outright, it costs nothing to reach, and it is the one thing no algorithm can take off you. it is also the one where getting it wrong is a fine rather than a bad week. this is 10 Claude and Codex skills for using it properly and lawfully. what they get you: - collect email addresses lawfully, without annoying anybody - keep the proof that you were allowed to send it - write the first three emails a new subscriber gets - write twenty subject lines, score them, send one - get back the people who came once and never came back - set up the birthday message that pays for itself - build a year of real reasons to email, not invented ones - stop sending everyone everything - run the pre send check that saves the apology email - find out why your emails stopped arriving, and fix it lawfully is doing the work in that sentence. on one day in 2017 the ICO fined Flybe £70,000 and Honda £13,000 for emailing their own customers to ask whether they wanted marketing, because asking is itself marketing. the win-back one writes the campaign that does not do that. the consent one keeps the five things Article 7 of the UK GDPR makes you produce: who agreed, when, how, whether they have withdrawn it, and what they were shown at the time, which means a dated copy of that version of the form, not a link to the current one. the list-build one separates real consent from the soft opt-in in regulation 22(3) of PECR, and flags the sole traders on it, who the ICO treats as individuals, not businesses. the pre send check runs before the send. unsubscribe headers that survive the DKIM signature, one-click that works on a phone with no login, the suppression list screened against the import, and your complaint rate against the 0.3% Gmail and Yahoo both publish. people who object are suppressed rather than deleted, so next year's import cannot quietly put them back. half of them think it through in Claude, half get it done in Codex. one folder each. a minute to install. no agency, no expensive platform, no list bought from anybody. this is the list you already own, used the way the ICO says you may. 10 skills. one complete system. and I'm giving the entire thing away for free public information only, nothing invented. nothing in the pack sends anything, and nothing adds a person to a list without a lawful basis recorded against their name. anything touching contracts, food safety, employment or tax prepares the work for your accountant, solicitor, HR adviser or EHO to check. it never pretends to be the advice. Comment "EMAIL" and I'll send you the whole pack. (and connect if we aren't yet - the DM won't go through otherwise) #Hospitality #SmallBusiness #Marketing
