10 skills for the reviews that decide whether a stranger walks in.

nobody books your place off your website any more. they read six reviews on their phone outside, standing on the pavement, and decide there. you already have the reviews. most owners have never once asked for one properly, and answer the bad ones at midnight in a way that costs them the next twenty customers. this is 10 Claude and Codex skills for the whole of it.

what they get you:

- ask for a review in a way the platforms and the law allow
- answer a good review so the next person books off it
- answer the worst review without making it worse
- get an invented review taken down
- find out what three hundred reviews actually say, sorted into fixes
- turn a Google search for your name into a phone call
- the pictures that decide whether they book
- the same name, address and hours everywhere, so you stop losing calls
- put real reviews on your own site without breaking the rules
- who answers what, within how long, in writing

fake reviews are now a banned practice. the unfair commercial practices rules in the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 came into force on 6 April 2025, and in March 2026 the CMA opened investigations into five businesses under them. this is not a policy on a platform any more, it is the law.

there is a trap in it the ask one handles. the Act allows an incentive if it is disclosed. Google and Tripadvisor ban incentives outright, in their own published policies. so a free coffee for a review is arguably lawful and will still get your reviews stripped. the skill removes the incentive rather than trying to word around it.

the takedown one is the one nobody knows exists. it separates a review that breaches the platform's own published content policy, which has a flagging route, from a false statement of fact about your business, which is a different problem with a different answer. it will not draft you a threat. Defamation Act 2013 section 1 needs serious harm and section 3 gives an honest opinion defence, so most angry one-stars are not actionable and the pack says so plainly instead of selling you a fight.

half of them think it through in Claude, half get it done in Codex. one folder each. a minute to install.

no reputation agency, no review-gating widget, no paid removal service. the platforms' own rules and the CMA's own guidance, applied to your own listing.

10 skills. one complete system.

public information only, nothing invented. nothing in the pack posts a review, writes one in a customer's name, or contacts a reviewer. anything touching defamation or consumer law prepares the work for your solicitor to check. it never pretends to be the advice.
