Keep the team: 10 AI skills for after they start.
Hiring is the easy part. This is the brief before service, the tips written down, and why people really leave.
The rules inside
Public information only. No guessed email addresses. Anything sent in someone’s name says whose name it is. Built for small teams and founders, and they are the rules I use myself.

10 skills for after they start. all 10 free, nothing to sign up for ↓ hiring is the easy part. the expensive part is the one who was brilliant in week two and gone by week nine, and nobody wrote down why. the training hours of everyone who taught them walk out too. this is 10 Claude and Codex skills for keeping the team you already went to the trouble of finding. what they get you: - run the five minute brief before service that stops half the mistakes - take a new starter from day one to running the section, week by week - write down how tips are shared, so nobody has to ask - cover the summer holidays without a row - hold a ten minute one to one that actually changes something - have the return to work conversation, and record it properly - put a difficult conversation in writing without creating a claim - write the handbook in the words your team actually use - end the shift swap chaos with one rule everyone follows - find out why people really leave you, in numbers each lists the Acas, ICO and tipping code pages behind it. the difficult conversation comes back with the facts on one side, each with a date and a source you could produce, and your opinion of them in a separate paragraph under your name, because the ICO's position is that an opinion stays accurate as long as it is marked as one and whose it is. it also gives you the sentence that stops an informal word sliding into a disciplinary meeting nobody warned them about. the tips policy is built on the code in force since 1 October 2024, and turns on control rather than where the money sits: cash a waiter picks up and decides on is one thing, the same cash once a manager sets the rule for the jar is another. you get the policy, the tipping record, the one page the team can read, and the tronc question handed to your accountant. the leavers analysis will not write up any cut with fewer than three people, because a finding about a named manager on a count of two is a rumour with a decimal point. the training plan turns "good with customers" into "takes an order for a table of six on the handheld, including one allergy, without help, twice". the first cannot be signed off. the second can. half of them think it through in Claude, half get it done in Codex. one folder each. a minute to install. no HR retainer, no engagement platform, no away day. these are the conversations you were going to have anyway, prepared properly and written down. 10 skills. one complete system. and I'm giving the entire thing away for free public information only, nothing invented. anything touching contracts, food safety, employment or tax prepares the work for your accountant, solicitor, HR adviser or EHO to check. it never pretends to be the advice. Comment "TEAM" and I'll send you the whole pack. (and connect if we aren't yet - the DM won't go through otherwise) #Hospitality #SmallBusiness #Teams
