10 skills for the people who look you up and then do not book. all 10 free, nothing to sign up for ↓ they already found you. that part is done. then the first screen is a slideshow, the menu is a PDF they have to pinch to read, the opening hours are last year's, and the booking button is three clicks and a login away. this is 10 Claude and Codex skills for your own site, and not one of them is about ranking. what they get you: - the first screen decides whether they book, so fix that one first - count the clicks between looking you up and being booked, then remove half - the one fact your site gets wrong most, and what it costs - a menu people can actually read on a phone - six pictures, in the order that gets a booking - make it obvious how to reach you, and legal while you are at it - a site everyone can use, and the duty you already have - a lawful cookie banner that does not drive people off the page - find out what your site actually does on a phone - words that sound like the place, not like a template the cookie one is worth the download on its own, because almost every guide online is now out of date. PECR regulation 6 was substituted on 5 February 2026 by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, and every exception moved into a new Schedule A1. the popular reading that analytics no longer need consent is wrong, and the ICO says so directly: the statistical purposes exception does not allow you to monitor or track individual visitors to your service. the skill is built on the current text, not the one everyone memorised. the accessibility one corrects the other common mistake in the opposite direction. the Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations do not apply to a private venue, so anyone quoting them at you is selling something. the duty that does apply is section 20 of the Equality Act 2010, and the EHRC code of practice published on 5 August 2026 says the obligation also applies to the provision of services on a website. so you do have a duty, just not the one you were told. the menu one is not a design opinion either. a menu as an image or a PDF fails WCAG on images of text and resize, and it is also the single most common reason someone gives up on their phone outside your door. half of them think it through in Claude, half get it done in Codex. one folder each. a minute to install. no web agency retainer, no rebuild, no plugin subscription. the site you already have, checked against the rules that actually bind you. 10 skills. one complete system. and I'm giving the entire thing away for free public information only, nothing invented. no conversion rate or benchmark is stated for your venue, because no such figure exists. nothing in the pack changes your live site. anything touching accessibility, cookies or consumer information prepares the work for your solicitor to check. it never pretends to be the advice.
