Get your hours back: 10 AI skills for the back office.
The admin nobody wants to do, done properly, in the background.
The rules inside
Public information only. No guessed email addresses. Anything sent in someone’s name says whose name it is. Built for small teams and founders, and they are the rules I use myself.

10 skills that give your evenings back. all 10 free, nothing to sign up for ↓ the admin is not the business, but it eats the week. This is 10 Claude and Codex skills that do the jobs you keep pushing to Sunday. each one follows a published method rather than a hunch. The inbox skill uses Superhuman's five forced-choice verbs, so every message leaves as delete, delegate, respond, defer or do, and a two-minute threshold decides which. The weekly report copies the Amazon business review: six trailing weeks beside twelve trailing months, six rather than four so a month boundary cannot flatter a bad run, and commentary written only where something is off target. what they get you: - get a sorted inbox and a drafted reply for every email that needs one - get notes and actions that survive the meeting - write the process down once so somebody else can do it - get paid without the awkward email - compare three quotes properly in ten minutes - write a job advert that attracts the person you actually want - get the one page that tells you how the week went - categorise the receipts and find what you are wasting - get the boring documents a real business needs - hand a job over without losing what is in your head the specifics are the point. the chase emails run in four stages, the first formal one around 20 to 30 days past due, spaced 5 to 10 working days apart, with a phone call by the third because email alone stops working there. the quote comparison scores five to ten criteria weighted to exactly 100, and a supplier scoring 1 on quality or financial stability is out however high its total. the job advert is built from four to six measurable objectives and deletes the years-of-experience line. the expense skill runs four tests for waste: duplicate subscriptions, quiet price rises, charges with no named user, and charges nobody owns. every action in every one of them needs a named person, a deliverable and a date, so "the team will look at it" never survives. half of them think it through in Claude, half get it done in Codex. one folder each. a minute to install. no new software to buy, no bookkeeper to hire, no system to migrate onto. you keep the way you already work — these just take the evening jobs off you. and where a job touches pay, employment law, food safety, tax or a contract, the skill refuses to fill in the figure. it marks the gap, and hands you a finished working document to take to your accountant, your solicitor or your environmental health officer. it prepares the paperwork, never the advice itself. 10 skills. one complete system. and I'm giving the entire thing away for free public information only, nothing invented, and anything sent in someone's name says whose name it is. Comment "HOURS" and I'll send you the whole pack. (and connect if we aren't yet — the DM won't go through otherwise) #Productivity #SmallBusiness #AI
