10 skills for the order that leaves through the door, not the one eaten at the table.

a delivery order is the one meal you never see eaten. by the time it is cold, wrong or missing an allergen label, the customer has already left the review. this is 10 Claude and Codex skills for the part of the business that runs entirely on somebody else's app, somebody else's rider and somebody else's commission statement.

what they get you:

- settle the allergen answer before anyone has to ask at the door
- read what the commission statement actually leaves in your hand, dish by dish
- test a dark kitchen on your own numbers before you sign anything
- choose delivery hours from your own numbers, not habit
- build a delivery menu where every dish survives twenty minutes in a box
- put drivers and riders on a written footing before anyone is hurt or uninsured
- check a bag and log the cause before the refund lands on the wrong side
- switch on your own ordering line with the price and the allergens settled first
- spec packaging that holds the food, clears the plastics ban, and shows its own cost
- build a listing from what the platforms actually publish about being picked

the allergen one is the one that catches owners out twice. the Food Standards Agency's own guidance puts the duty in two stages, not one: allergen information has to be given "before the purchase of the food is completed" and again "when the food is delivered" - a website that answers the first half and hands over an unlabelled bag has still failed the second. and the duty travels onto a platform the venue does not control: "when selling through a third-party website, consumers should be clearly advised where allergen information can be found, before the order is placed."

the commission one reads your own statements rather than the headline percentage the platform quotes, because the number that actually lands in your account is smaller once delivery fees, promotions and payment processing are taken off the top - and it is the one figure most owners have never once reconciled dish by dish.

half of them think it through in Claude, half get it done in Codex. one folder each. a minute to install.

no delivery consultant, no commission "audit" service charging a cut of what it finds, no packaging rep upselling you. the platforms' own published rules and your own statements, applied to your own menu.

10 skills. one complete system.
and I'm giving the entire thing away for free

public information only, nothing invented. nothing in the pack contacts a platform, a driver or a customer on your behalf. anything touching food safety, contracts or insurance prepares the work for your EHO, solicitor or broker to check. it never pretends to be the advice.

Comment "DELIVER" and I'll send you the whole pack.
